What is counselling?
The brain is the most complex part of our body. It controls every aspect of our consciousness.
Stress, anxiety, emotional pain, negative thoughts and behaviours, are natural human reactions to life and situations. Unfortunately, they can overwhelm and dominate your day to day life. When this happens, the ability to carry out tasks, work and manage relationships will begin to be seriously affected. It may also result in a deterioration of physical health.

Napier Counselling offers a form of therapy called counselling. This is practiced in a safe, private and empathetic environment. Together, we explore and challenge negative thoughts, emotional pain, feelings and behaviours which overwhelm you.
